Common questions
- Are these poker tools really free?
- Yes - all five run in full with no account, no trial, and no card. The paid tier covers practice drilling and accuracy statistics inside the trainer, not the calculators.
- Is my hand or stack data sent anywhere?
- No. The ICM, bubble factor, and satellite calculators run entirely in your browser - nothing you type into them reaches a server or is stored. The push/fold calculator fetches solved ranges from us, but sends nothing about you.
- What ICM model do the calculators use?
- The exact Malmuth-Harville algorithm, not a Monte Carlo approximation, so two people running the same stacks and payouts always get the same answer to the last decimal.
- Where do the push/fold ranges come from?
- From our own Linear CFR solver, run over every position, stack depth, and table size rather than copied from published Nash charts - which is why some borderline hands differ from the chart packs you may have seen elsewhere.
- Do I need a tool at all, or can I just memorise a chart?
- A chart is enough for the most common spots, and the printable pack exists for exactly that. Tools earn their place once payouts are involved - bubble and final-table decisions turn on the specific stacks and prize structure in front of you, which no static chart can encode.
