What this service is

Push Fold Trainer is a poker study tool. It shows solved preflop push/fold ranges and lets you practice against them. It is educational software for a game of skill and chance - it is not a gambling service, it does not accept wagers, and no real money is ever staked through it.

The ranges are the output of our own solver. We work hard to make them correct, but they are a model of the game, not a guarantee of results. Nothing here is financial advice, and we don't promise you'll win money at poker.

Your account

• You need to be at least 18, or the legal age for real-money poker where you live, whichever is higher.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share logins.
• Tell us at support@pushfoldtrainer.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

Free and Pro

Free accounts get unlimited chip-EV practice, a small one-time onboarding sampler, and a daily allowance of ICM and Exploit questions. Pro is a paid subscription that removes those limits and unlocks the full solutions browser and accuracy stats. What each tier includes is described on the pricing page, and may change over time - if a change materially reduces what you already pay for, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

Billing, renewals and cancellation

• Pro is a monthly or annual subscription. Website purchases are billed through Stripe; purchases in the Android app are billed through Google Play; and purchases in the iOS app are billed through the App Store. Your checkout shows the applicable price, taxes, billing provider and any trial before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel through the provider that billed you.
• Eligible customers who subscribe to the monthly plan on the website may receive a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required; the monthly charge begins when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. The website annual plan has no introductory trial. In the App Store, the monthly plan has a 7-day introductory free trial for eligible Apple accounts; the annual plan has no introductory offer. Apple determines eligibility for one introductory offer per subscription group. A previous website trial does not necessarily make you ineligible for an App Store offer. For a Google Play purchase, only an offer shown at Google Play checkout applies.
• Cancel a website subscription from your account page. Cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play subscriptions. Cancel an App Store subscription in Apple subscriptions. Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before an App Store trial ends if you do not want it to renew. Cancelling stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund or other billing change ends it sooner. Deleting your Push Fold Trainer account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription.
• For a website billing problem or refund request, email support@pushfoldtrainer.com. For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play's refund request; for an App Store purchase, use Apple's refund request. Google or Apple handles refunds for purchases billed by its store. You can also contact us about a service problem. We do not automatically refund unused parts of paid periods, and your applicable consumer rights remain in force.
• If a subscription price changes, the billing provider will give any notice or request any consent required before the new price applies. Any renewal price and notice are governed by the provider's rules and applicable law.

Inviting friends

• When someone signs up with your invite link or code and then plays 100 practice hands on at least 3 different days within 30 days, you each get 7 days of Pro.
• The invite must be used on a new account, created within 7 days, that has never had a subscription. Each account can be invited once.
• You can earn up to 8 weeks in any 12 months. Friends you invite beyond that still get their week.
• If you already have a subscription, your weeks are saved and start when it ends. Free weeks have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Inviting yourself, or using several accounts or devices to earn weeks, isn't allowed. We check for it and may withhold or remove weeks earned that way.
• We may change or end the invite programme; weeks already earned are kept.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract the range data. The solved ranges are the product; automated harvesting is the one thing that genuinely damages it.
• Republish or resell the range data as your own, or build a competing product from it.
• Share your account so several people can use one subscription.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the access controls on the service.
• Use the service where real-money poker study tools are prohibited by local law.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things. If it looks like an honest mistake we'll get in touch first.

Who owns what

We own the software, the site, and the solved range data. Your subscription buys you access to use it for your own study - it doesn't transfer ownership of any of it.

Your practice history is yours. You can ask for a copy or have it deleted at any time - see the privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up and correct, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take it down for maintenance, change features, or discontinue it. If we shut the service down entirely, we'll address unused paid time through the original billing provider, subject to its refund process and applicable law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for money you lose playing poker, for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything beyond the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some consumer protections can't be excluded, and this section doesn't try to exclude them.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change we'll update this page and the date above, and give notice to active subscribers. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Who you're dealing with

Push Fold Trainer is operated by Convergent Labs (ABN 66 849 169 826), a business registered in Victoria, Australia. Convergent Labs provides the service under these terms. For website subscriptions, it handles billing through Stripe. Google Play and Apple handle billing for subscriptions bought in their respective apps under their payment terms.
