Common questions
- What's an exploit range, and why would I want one?
- A GTO range is unexploitable against anyone. An exploit range is the highest-EV response to one specific opponent - the hands that become profitable shoves against a big blind who folds too much, or the ones you should stop shoving against a station. Pro solves both, so you can see exactly which hands move and by how much.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from your account page in two clicks. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. No email required, no retention flow.
- Do I need Pro to use the charts?
- No. Every chip-EV push/fold range - 6-max and 9-max, open-raise and facing an open, every stack depth - is free and unlimited, forever. New accounts also get 30 Exploit and 15 ICM Exploit questions to try over their first 7 days, then a smaller daily allowance.
- Is this for cash games or tournaments?
- Tournaments. Everything here is short-stack MTT play - push/fold, ICM, and bubble/final-table pressure. The chip-EV ranges apply anywhere stacks get short, but ICM only means something when there's a payout ladder.
- Does the subscription cover the mobile app too?
- Yes. It's one account - sign in on the app with the same email and Pro unlocks there automatically. You can subscribe here on the web, or in the Android app through Google Play; either way it's the same subscription and you only pay once. The iOS app isn't out yet.
- Where do the ranges come from?
- Our own solver, running Linear CFR to equilibrium. Nothing here is a rule of thumb or a copied chart - the ICM ranges use an exact Malmuth-Harville model over the real payout structure, and the exploit ranges are true best responses to a graduated scale of opponent tendencies.
Still deciding? See a worked exploit example - how a button shove range widens against a big blind that folds too much.
