Exploiting the big blind - Cutoff shove range at 10bb

A GTO range is built to be unexploitable against any opponent. An exploit range gives that up on purpose to squeeze more EV out of one specific, known tendency - here, both directions at once.

Cutoff's open-raise range at 10bb effective plays 33% of hands at GTO. Against a big blind that folds too often it widens to 32%; against one that calls too much it tightens to 37% - the rest of the table stays GTO in both, so the whole swing is a read on one seat.
