ICMIZER has been the serious ICM tool for well over a decade, and the hand-history replayer is still the single best way to find out which of your own shoves actually cost you money. What ICMIZER 3 is good at

Why players go looking
The entry price is not the price of the thing you came for
The calculator is the Basic tier. The replayer and SNG Coach - the half that makes you decide before showing you the answer - need PRO, and the mobile question allowance is an add-on again on top of that. If you signed up for the drilling and found it behind a padlock, that is the packaging rather than a misunderstanding.
The quiz trains you against GTO opponents only
You can set opponent ranges by hand in the calculator, which means exploits are reachable when you are analysing a spot. What you cannot do is be drilled against them. Coach serves equilibrium spots and scores you against the equilibrium answer, so the skill it builds is the balanced baseline - useful, and not the skill that beats the player who folds their big blind too often.
Daily question budgets on a tool you use in bursts
Study sessions are not evenly spaced. Most players do a long block after a deep run and very little in between, which is exactly the pattern a daily allowance handles worst - the day you actually want to work through forty spots is the day you run out.
The interface is from an earlier era of poker software
This is not a complaint about the maths, which is as good as it has ever been. It is that reps per session are partly a function of how quickly you can set a spot up, and a tool built before browser-based study became the norm asks for more clicks to reach the same question. - You review your own hand histories. Nothing here replaces the replayer, and reviewing spots you genuinely played beats drilling generic ones.
- You play sit-and-gos or satellites where ICM is the entire game. The modelling depth is real and it has a long track record behind it.
- You already have PRO. The main complaint is about reaching the features, not about the features.

Let the replayer pick your homework first
Before a PRO month runs out, use the replayer for the thing only it can do: find the spots you genuinely misplayed and note which positions and depths they cluster in. That list is worth more than any generic drill set, and unlike the subscription it is portable.
Drill that list here, then compare honestly
Work the same positions and depths through the practice loop and watch what your accuracy does. That is the real test of whether the drilling half was the part you were missing, and it is answerable in a couple of sessions rather than argued about.
