Push/fold practice in your Discord
Add the Push Fold Trainer bot to your poker server and your members can quiz each other on short-stack spots, pull up a chart mid-discussion, and play the daily puzzle together. It's free.
Adding it to your account lets you use /shoveorfold, /range and /daily in any server or DM, even ones the bot isn't in.
Commands
- /shoveorfold
- Deals a solved push/fold spot to the channel. Everyone can press Shove (or Call) or Fold, and each person sees their own result privately, with the solver's answer and what the mistake costs. You can pick the stack, and whether it's folded to you or you're facing a shove.
- /range
- Posts a full 13x13 push/fold chart as an image, e.g. /range position:BTN stack:10bb. Add facing:SB from the big blind for a calling range.
- /daily
- Posts today's Shove or Fold puzzle: five spots, the same for everyone, about a minute to play.
- /daily-setup
- Posts the daily puzzle in a channel of your choice every day, just after 00:00 UTC. Needs Manage Server. /daily-stop turns it off.
Where the answers come from
Every spot and chart is from the same solver output as the rest of the site: chip-EV Nash push/fold ranges for 6-max and 9-max. The bot only deals spots where the right answer is clear, so nobody gets marked wrong on a coin flip. The methodology page explains how they're solved.
What the bot stores
For the daily post, the server and channel it posts in and the Discord ID of whoever set it up. Each spot dealt gets a short link code so its buttons and link keep working. It doesn't read messages, and it keeps no record of who answered what. The privacy policy has the details.
Help
If the daily post stops, check the bot still has View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links in that channel, then run /daily-setup again. For anything else, email support@pushfoldtrainer.com.
