Delete your Push Fold Trainer account

You can delete your Push Fold Trainer account, and the data that goes with it, at any time. The website and the Android app share one account, so deleting it in either place deletes it everywhere.

Cancel a Google Play subscription first

Deleting your account can't cancel a Pro subscription you bought in the Android app. Google only lets you cancel it yourself, so do that first in Google Play subscriptions (Play Store app > profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions), or Google will keep billing you. A subscription bought on pushfoldtrainer.com is cancelled automatically when you delete your account.

Delete it yourself

In the Android app: open the Account tab, tap Delete my account, then Delete.
On the website: log in, go to Account, type DELETE in the Delete account section, and select Delete my account.

Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone.

Can't sign in?

Email support@pushfoldtrainer.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request came from you and delete the account within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your login and email address
Your profile and username
Your practice history and stats
Your subscription records in our database
The in-app purchase history RevenueCat holds to link Google Play purchases to your account

What's kept

Records of payments made on the website are kept by us and Stripe for at least five years, because Australian tax law requires business records to be kept that long. Google keeps its own records of Google Play purchases under Google's privacy policy. Nothing else tied to your account is kept. See the privacy policy for the full details.
